It'd be cool if they put in characters from ape escape, medievil, or even legend of legaia. And those are just a few I would like to see from the list of franchises sony owns.

I was really hoping for tomba but they don't own that property.

I heard Sony owns the Demon Souls IP, does that mean there could be a chance of one of the characters (Like Garl or Penetrator) showing up?

If we are tossing out wishlists, I'm hoping for The Legend of Dragoon to show up in some form myself.

Some PS1 era "heroes" would be cool too

i mean Crash Bandicoot , Spyro ..maybe Gex...at least that would be very cool but bla..they are all owned by different companies.

 tekken character since tekken was  ps consoles exclusive for such a long time.

Anf if its really about many characters on sony consoles, than 1-2 Final fantasy VII characters could be in the game.

well, the FF characters appeared more or less as dlc costumes for the sackboys in little big planet, and it might be a possibility to make third party characters like cloud or heihachi DLC stuff,  i dont know how it works behind the curtains, but maybe there are agreements, like the half or whole dlc income goes to the third party companys, and in return the publisher can use these characters

that way all involved parties could make a profit, the game gets more interesting/ get sold more, third partys get paid for their intellectual properties, and the gamers are happy to pay for their beloved sephiroth and cloud
