can you at least explain what tapatalk does and what benefits it would bring? you've only made 3 posts here and they all mention tapatalk. you almost sound like you work for tapatalk at this point

I've used Tapatalk before and it's really useful for mobile foruming...makes it easier to interact with
I just checked and there is a Tapatalk plugin for Simple Machines, but I really have no idea what that entails.

I'd use it.

im against it only because it means posts that end with "sent from my refrigerator" lines

additional support for tablets is a good idea though, and the current mobile design is a little dated
