Please make Inori Aizawa (aka Internet Explorer Tan)

Unlike most OS Tans, for which tons of fan art (including MUGEN characters) exist, which are not official, and don't have any official attacks or other attributes (such that MUGEN character makers have to invent their attacks) Inori Iazawa was made by Microsoft as an official product promotion for their latest version of the IE web browser. In their official Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHTUlF7NA2o you can see that she has officially been given certain attacks. Her shield icon can block lasers by producing a bubbleshield around her. She also can henshin into a magical girl, (ala Sailor Moon), and her attack that we see is a multishot auto-aiming laser that can simultaniously hit multiple targets. This should be PRETTY EASY to make a MUGEN character based on her, since she's already been given quite a few moves officially, and she appears to be a hero fighter in the plot of her story, so she's like primed to be a character in a fighting game.

All you need now is someone willing to sprite and code her.

Though I doubt anyone will be willing to do so.

Don't request others to make characters.
Unless you're willing to spend several hundred to thousands of dollars to commission someone, nearly no one will take on your request.
As most others would probably say, if you really want her in Mugen, learn how to make her yourself.

Also, something you said just rubs me the wrong way.

If you meant it would be easy to design her moves for a fighting game, this would be understandable.
On the other hand, if you actually meant that it would be easy to make an actual Mugen character of her, then I don't think you fully realize that making Mugen characters isn't as easy as you think it is.

I'm not opposed to her being a Mugen character, but don't expect others to easily answer creation requests.
