I ain't feeling the CVS2 sounds, they don't really fit the character's visuals IMO. Also the voice clip on his win pose is too quiet.
Just noticed that you're using that Mugen1.0 palette thingy majing system.Is it possible to make a version that uses classic Mugen palette system? (ie. .ACT files)
Mewtwo plays pretty smoothly, I can offer an idea for a super attack. Perhaps he can fire a hyper beam from his palm as a super move. the beam sprite could be taken from Cyclop's Super Optic Blast or a vs series Ryu Shinkuu Hadoken
In Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness for Flamethrower, he creates a flame in his mouth and basically grabs it with his hand throwing it out in to a blast of flames. It looks totally kick ass. When I was working on that Omegabros Mewtwo edit I actually had a similar idea for Flamethrower. That being said, I'm happy I trashed that thing because this Mewtwo is going to be good... hopefully.Maybe the "bad Legendary Pokemon" curse has finally been lifted...

I'm wary of how powerful that would make his ability to lockdown opponents, but that might depend on their mobility options and how great of a recovery time is associated with a fully charged attack. I'll have to test it out.I also went back and actually did some research into how Shadow Ball, his special projectile in Melee, actually looks in most media.This might be better than the generic glowing purple fx?
that looks good actually its up to you really, but I would love to be able to charge it and then have his hand glow the entire time till you fire it. this is looking amazing I seriously can't wait for him to be fully done.

I didn't have access to Mediafire a few weeks ago.Anyway, I'm almost done with his moveset, so I'm confident that very shortly I'll be able to release another test version that's fully playable, but without the level of polish and testing I'd like before a release.
