My Mugen Wish List would include protagonists, mascots and other iconic characters with everything they have brought straight from their source with little or no editing.

Direct linking is against the rules.  Just go to the link, click on "MUGEN", click on Purin (Jigglypuff), click the link below Purin (Jigglypuff), and then click the download link.

Thats what I did I clicked Mugen and then Jigglypuff then clicked the link and it's not workin...


EDIT: Oh wait , it works now... nevermind.

The voices are to soft right? I'll just amplafy them.
