There is none if you're dealing with kids and teenagers. Kids, please never use CAPS, it's annoying.

The only important thing in the internets are valid arguments.

I personally like what can come from being polite with someone, it's fun.

I too have experienced that about being polite with someone and thought "hey, being nice does work, I should try it more often" but then there are some people that make me forget about that and you just want to unleash your fury on them (plus you gotta admit it's fun to insult some random stranger on the internet :P).

And sometimes you can't help but wonder "is he a troll or is he really that stupid?"

politeness in the internet works wonders. yet, when i find a person to be very annoying i just ignore it and keep on doing whatever i was doing; though the ocassional jab is fun...

...Jason, its the internet, your race , sex and religion shouldnt count here. If you keep bringing it up and trying to make a point with it, people will grab those traits you make your stand and try to attack them when they want to attack you.
Hence, if you keep making a big deal out of your race, people that dislike you will end up trying to attack you through the characteristics they know of you, for instance, the race.

Hate people that try to create fake "drama" to see if something happens.
"Hey lets pretend to be a girl and be into someone to then see if someone will follow me."
"Hey lets act as if I dont know what others are talking about and see reactions!!!"
"Hey lets be all straw men like and act all gangsta and..huh... profit!!!"

lol Iced, I can name like, a person per Drama you just listed, and I've been here less then a month. XD;

I personally remain polite as much as possible. Being an admin myself (on a different forum, of course.lol) I know how valuable it can be to maintain such things. Although a stern authority and the inability to take shit comes with the territory, it's always good to keep respect and niceness at the level you would like in return.

One of the problems with the strenghtening of the chans on the internet is that nowadays , kids that just got in will see the old sarcastic attitudes of people on chans and try to replicate it all over the internet, 4chan is edgy nowadays its the new gaia online.Politeness gets lost even more due to that.
When its edgy to be an asshole, every kid will want to be one.
