As a buff health nut, like you, I understand the concern around consumption of black fast food, but Japan's fast food, even the American food chains, is 20 times better than American fast food. I think their special ingredient is love. I'm in Japan with my Gf, meeting her family (eventually).

In Japan?? Wow. It must be pretty cool out there. Doing anything in particular?? I've always wanted to visit there, but haven't gotten around to it. I hear it's pretty expensive. But the culture has always fascinated me. I'm sure you're enjoying that part thoroughly.

Vegetable ~~Indian rice (can't remember name)~~ biryani, chicken curry, macaroni and cheese, honey pulled pork, honey pretzel chicken, and a couple plantain chunks. Got it from work yesterday for about $14 in total. Was it good? You bet it was.

My girl friend brought me a Calzone for lunch.
Were Vegetarians so she got,

Mine is on the left, Feta cheese, Bell peppers, spinach, basil tomato sauce and pepper jack cheese.
Her's was a Monterey jack cheese, feta cheese, spinach, basil tomato sauce, and mushrooms.

These are so damn good!!
