Hi there again, I have a little problem and I hope somebody will help me with it

The point is - power/tension bars in the screenpack I'm using are located in the lower part of the screen.
And on some stages it cannot be seen because of the different obstacles in the stage, that obscure power bars.
For example like this:

I was deleting sprites that were blocking the powerbars from stages' .sff files, but "cutting" some stages' sprites makes them to lose some of the former greatness.
So, is there any way for power bars to be in the foreground without messing with the stage sprites?
