i followed this tut here:http://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/complete-stage-creation-tutorial-104470.0.html
just the part on how to apply a palette to a sprite.
 
i did it with one pic and it worked perfectly but when i do it with this happens,how do i get rid of the pink outline?

Pink outline problem aye? Just do a mega zoom in delete it all with the eraser tool and you should be fin :D

Time to figure out how to do that,i'm new to making portraits and such so yeah........... When I'm done with the portraits I'm going to do I'll release them.

It's easy. Just zoom right into the photo so you can cleary see the pixels and just rub 'em out with the eraser tool. Simple as that :haw:

By the way, your Ichigo looks real nice!LOL I use GIMP and Photoshop too! Photoshop can be a pain sometimes :P

Should i leave the box there or but it back in its original place because i saw in your toshiro win port that it had pink and green under the box.
