Alright, so a few months back or so...
I downloaded the MvC3 lifebars (by Hloader?) 640X480 for my mugen.
However, the foreground and character stuff would always obstruct my view of the life bars which I find very annoying.
So I changed the visible layer of the life bars to 2.
But they ended up disappearing.
So I went and moved all of the other lifebar elements by two layers...
and I get this:

When the original (with layer 0) looked like this:

Notice how you can see the shiny transparent thingy in the second image, but it is not visible when I move everything by two layers. (first image.)
I eventually managed to move the life bar by one or two layers, but it is still blocked by the fg.

I would like to know how might I be able to move the life bar so it could be visble past the fg without losing the transparent thingy or any other parts of the life bar.
I am using Mugen 1.0 640X480
