Problem in palette mugen 1.0

Hi guys
I Make new character and I finish this character but when I make palette in this character I see some problem
the palette is working but when I press any key to move my char the original palette is return for my char
 
how I can fix this ?
 
I use fighter factory 3 and I don't show where is shared palette
 
please help!!!
