I'm looking for a program that can capture multiple frames from a video. Specifically one that allows me to set the timeframe for the frames I want captured.

It can be a free program or not, it doesn't really matter as long as it works good.
So does anyone know any?

animget

catches frame by frame; there is not way to set the time in which it does it though.

Thanks but I only want to do it from videos, I have framshots which works great for it, but doesn't let me start a batch from a specific frame which is what I'm really looking for.

If it's from a video, load it up into video editing software and cut it.  This would give you the most control IMO.
