Would be nice having something different than just char sprites for the small portraits. A bitface or something, possibly even in HR rather than LR.The big portraits comes from a much bigger resolution and we can really see it. All the outlines are really jagged and pixeled. More work needs to be done in Photoshop with the resizing process.Otherwise, it's sober but classy. I like it.
5-26-12Moved on to the 14th row of cell's skin ( 7 and a half rows left) finished ripping the background for the select screen then changed it again, because I found a better one :p going to layer it at some point, but first is to finish up cell.
6-7-123 rows left for cell's skin, trying to finish it all today, once thats done, the rest of the sheet shouldn't take anymore than a few more days.
6-9-12 Down to the nitty gritty, one final row left of cell's skin and then its on to his black parts (wings, chest legs) which should take me a few days and then the remainder should be done by the end of this month, I'll show some of him off then.

I like to leave people in suspense :p plus Its not a fully done sprite, and I don't like showing off half done sprites, its worse than a tease to me,people get the wrong impression.
I would like to see a animation of one of these sprites one you guys get them finished up good bit. Since these are bigger dbz sprites then norm I would think the animations would be pretty good if not awesome.
I plan on going over everyone entirely when all the sheets are done and adding additional frames for fluidness. as shinb is a bit of a dick when it comes to frame count.

most of piccolo customs is done, left just 4 rows to do (stretch arms).added a new Intro/Win pose to do and some necessary moves. (mouth Blast and Piccolo's attenta attack)

Looks cool. Piccolo hand gets a bit smaller on the rapid dive kick move. and maybe a few more frames here and there would make the animations a bit smoother. I am looking at the kick with the blur effect on it. there should be another sprite of the leg fully extended be for he moves.other then that looks great! maybe you can animate this so we can see it in action!
Wow, Arcade, Hyper Dimension and Shin Butouden sprite edits! You did a great work!By the way, in the Shin Butouden intro/taunt/ending doesn't Piccolo have his eyes opened? Oh well, but that's your choice.And the first face of Hyper Dimension kicks looks a bit weird (it is more forward compared to the rest of the body); maybe that's just me.
