I didn't. I hated the character designs and the story, I dropped the anime after 100+ episodes of the main character being an insufferable baby who never grew up and I wasn't willing to invest an extra 100 episodes to find out if he was going to grow a spine (He probably did since it's a SJ title, and even then, the execution was probably extremely flawed) and in my opinion he doesn't compare to legendary characters like Kenshiro or the JoJos. Reborn was terrible and forgettable and Tsuna never really grew up.

It's nice and all if you like him but the fact that you replied to my post just like that was extremely random.

Wow Akainu manages to look so lame compared to the rest.
Aizen looks okay guess I'll play him since Zoro probably isn't getting in since they decide Fan service Hancock who hasn't been relevant in 4 years is more important then any of the other Strawhats.

Akainu is an interesting choice, but Boa Hancock? Fucking WHY? Even Nami would have been a better pick. At least SHE'S A STRAWHAT.

Surprised they didn't go with Broly instead of Frieza since Broly seems to be so popular these days. I hope they include Kid Buu again too since I don't really like Bils or whatever his name is. I also expect another Naruto villain since Sasuke is pretty much a lock.

Here's hoping Kinnikuman makes it again and this time with a supporting character.

These days?  I thought Broly's high-point in popularity died some years ago.  Plus it'd be kinda weird having a non-canon character mixed in here when as far as I understand, everyone else is keeping to those actually in their respective manga, wouldn't it?

If they were to go with any other additional DBZ villain, I'd say/hope it'd be Cell.

I wouldn't consider that a infinite since you have to make your opponent bounce of the wall and if you do it on the wrong side of the stage the stage interaction would activate.

That sounds about right, even though from the looks of it, they've basing everyone on their anime counterparts. But yeah, I can see why they'd rather avoid anime-only characters. The game is Jump Vs not Toei VS or whatever.

I agree, but I doubt Broly's popularity died, he's still the one all the kids like and DBZ game devs always put him in a higher light than Frieza/Cell/Buu.

The only reason I would like it to be Kid Buu again is because he can add more variety, he has a unique skillset.

? We've known for a while that Sasuke was in. But so far we've only seen 3 characters per franchise, so at this point there's little chance that we get a fourth character. One hero, one rival, one villain is the most common configuration whenever possible (that explains Boa instead of another Straw Hat Pirate)

Okay then I stand corrected. I figured that there would possibly be another villain for Naruto since I thought there might be another one for DBZ.

But that's what's weird about Hancock she isn't a rival to Luffy she fantasies about him, wants to marry him and will basically do whatever he asks her to do I wouldn't call her a rival at all. Law or Smoker would of been better choices for a rival, Hancock just seems chosen for the sake of adding another female character.
