I don't have much hope, but I'm really curious to see if they'll throw in some more characters. They renamed it "vs +", would they do that just for a new arcade mode ? (which is nice BTW, the story mode got boring fast after redoing the same events with a different team - and same sidequests !)

Ah, good comparison. I hope they'll do that, though I'm not too sure about it.

I could definitely see a TVC type situation where some of the Japan only characters were swapped out for characters more recognizable to the West.  This game was made for Japan as a celebration of WSJ's anniversary, but such an occasion does not exist on this date for the West.  Therefore I think removing characters is a bit more forgivable.  I fully expect Taro to get cut for better or worse.

Hm? They didn't swap anyone. They just couldn't secure the rights to Hakushun Daimao. He was the only one that was removed.

As long as they keep in all the series that have been released in the West in some fashion or another (plus Momotaro) then that's all I personally need.  There will be riots if Arale is cut.

The western version will be re-branded as DBZ vs Naruto with special guest star Luffy.  Just downplay everyone else until after people start buying it.

I just hope they can try to add Jotaro in the game because has was suppose to be a DLC character.
