I wouldn't know because I didn't play it, but I saw the gameplay before and Zenkai looks really similar to Tenkaichi. But of course, I'll just hush up until more info is presented

I am hoping to main whatever Yugioh protagonist they go with in this game.  I would assume either Yami Yugi because he's the original, or Yusei because the 5D's manga is still going strong.  I would perfer Yusei personally, he's much cooler.  :D

Yeah that's gonna happen... We don't know how many characters per series there will be, hopefully there can be a few, we're likely to get at the very least Dio, Jotaro is also very likely, what we can hope for is to have more than a couple of characters per series. I don't think JJBA Stardust Crusaders not getting animated following Battle Tendency will have any effect (Kenshin is here and hasn't had an anime in ages) (edit - oh wait, I guess he did have that live action movie less than a year ago), but the anime does allow us to expect young Joseph.

Well, there's that and the Rurouni Kenshin - Kinema-ban manga (Which I think is actually somehow related to the movie... in a way or another)
