Properly installing lifebars.....Yea,how the frig do i do that?

Every time i try to install ANY lifebar this happens

How does one make those lifebars normal sized?
Using Mugen 1.0,this happened on 1.1 and everytime i try to install any winmugen lifebar in winmugen.
And yes,the lifebar i am using is 1.0 compatible

did you check the localcoord in your screenpack?
look those lifebars are 640X480
original mugen 1.0 or 1.1 have localcoord = 1024x782
you need to install screenpack which have loocalcoord 640X480
