Question about pallettes, music, and broken characters.

Here are my problems.
A) I'd like to make is so that only the ORIGINAL color of a character is available to be played as. I mean like, no matter which button you use to select Mario, he will always remain red with blue overalls, for an example. If possible, I'd like to be able to force the computer characters to also remain in original colors.

B) On some of my levels, the music loops just fine and dandy but then on others, the music will reach the end of it's play, but then, rather than looping, will play the same final half-second or so of the song over and over.

C) Sometimes, I'll add a new character that I've just downloaded into the select.def, but only a blank character slot will appear in the roster. I can't use the character.

Thanks for the support.

A. Open your mugen.cfg in your Data folder with Notepad and scroll down to change:
[mcode][Arcade]
 ;Set to 0 for computer to choose color 1 if possible.
 ;Set to 1 for computer to randomly choose a color.
AI.RandomColor = 0[/mcode]

B. You must not have plug-ins to play some music corrrectly or the looptypes aren't set right: http://mugenguild.com/forumx/index.php?topic=40388.0

C. Make sure the folder name, the name of the DEF, and the name in the select.def are the same

This sort of worked, but now some characters will appear as the wrong colour every single time i fight them. If you're familiar with the popular "Super Mario" and "Super Luigi" homebrews, they will now always appear in their "Stone Mario/Luigi" pallettes. Any Suggestions on how to change that?

[mcode]
[Info]
name = "SuperMario"
Displayname = "Super Mario"
Pal.Default = 1,2,3,4,5,6
[/mcode]

Make sure the pal.default's first number is 1
