You can do that in the air file through the use of the axis offset, Faster in text than doing it via the sff.Or you can use mugens Offset sctrl in the move itself to move them up.Not 100% on this but i think if you use offset it only moves the sprites, not the clsn's the same as angledraw. You may need to test it.
