QuickFist Iori Yagami English soundpatch(attempt)

So it's been a while eh?

Anyway got the idea from my boy Dee on youtube personally I'm 50/50 on the outcome but whatevs, If I missed anything let me know.
-SF4 hitsounds for POT STYLE HITSOUNDS only(check the config file) plus I like em lol they just sound so sexy with those POTS style hitsparks
-Tried to avoid muzzle sounds
-Might hear one or two similar sounds
-Left Iori's iconic laugh alone because....well it's awesome
