Ha ha, I'm sorry, but whenever I see that Katamari ball, I'm reminded of Critters 2.Maybe a variation of the attack could have Rare Akuma turn around, have an exclamation mark show up above his head, and run away as the ball chases him down, attacking anyone who gets in the way.
Simple, yet effective:Ever seen Donovan's Titan Stomp(Or whatever it's true name is) super? Doesn't the face on it look...familiar? Seems to me with a few adjustments it'd fit right in. I can't draw at all, so all I can do is suggest.
Im not sure if anyone has tried this but i found somthing out, if you put him against omega tom hanks, he'll just stop fighting in the middle of a fight

AKUMA SENSE TINGLING!It seems like whenever Rare Akuma picks up some kind of cheating from the opponent, he just stands still and performs an insta-kill of sorts at his opponent. Doesn't work with everyone, though.

I'd rather see the opposite of rare characters. Just think Expensive Akuma's taunt requires 2 power bars and only returns one. Command input windows would be slightly tighter etc.
Or maybe more of the normal characters, like Blanka. Goodness, the thought of PotS releasing a Blanka makes me drool a little.Rare Dan? Isn't Evil Dan weird enough? I think any idea PotS could implement in another Rare character would fit just fine as yet another move for Rare Akuma. The mention of a Rare grappler character makes me think that maybe Rare Akuma could use more throws that aren't insta-kills. Like his own spinning piledriver that sends both him and his opponent into space. This would definitely change up Rare Akuma's fighting when you watch his AI play. Other cheap characters can't get too close 'cause then he'll grab 'em.
I already got a lot of random moves out of my system with this one rare char, really doubt there'll be more.
Excuse me for my bad english but i'm Italian. I start to make my mugen and now i'm choosing my chars. I read this Thread because i'm searching God Chars of mugen, the most powerful chars. Now I have Chaos God Rugal and Rare Akuma. They are very strong in battle and very difficult to defeat. Are there other characters like them?? Thanks to anyone help me
