Very, very nice.  I especially like the "avoid" move in there, like jumping planes of perspective back in the old Fatal Fury games. Come to think of it, Fatal fury was the only series that had such a feature, where you could switch to two planes of fighting, so to speak... and there was Savage Reign by Neo Geo that had a similar feature, and Dragoon Might by Konami, but those were more or less, "grab onto a tree branch and attack the character down below" sort of moves.....

Chris.

Guilty Gear Isuka says otherwise.

Imagine a zanguief runing to attack ryu, ryu does a quick+kind of weak fast punch and hit the chest of zanguief, will this punch be enough to zanguief say/think \"oh no, this punch hurted a little, I better stop the attack and put my hand on my chest to help contain the pain while ignoring if ryu is going to make other attacks now"

I thought the fighter thing was alright... but I'd say I'd choose #Reload over it.

Found nothing except for the awful CLSN's (correct CLSN's can be easily acquired using Debug Dipswitches)

Yes, CLSN's do affect gameplay.

His boxes are definitely crap, but man is his gameplay smooth despite that. The implementation of the "planes" aspect behind RBFF is great and it doesn't seem to make him too cheap. Haven't really messed with him enough to be sure on that.

The only thing really weird is when opponent's knock Rick out of his QCB + PowerAttack *have no idea what it's called; the scoot back and then dash forward with a strong jab* when they are far away from him. (and I can't open him in FF to find out what's up)

Also, Urarenge's picture makes me happy. ^_^

(BTW, what stage is that?)
