okay,after 4-5 pages of google,and one mexico mugen site,i have this to say.you can't get the character.the only way you could get it is to register at endsmugenmexico,and the link may be broken since it's a little old.so,i've got three things to say.it's offline,it's private,or take a shot at endsmugenmexico.
