Depends on what kind of boss, if it's a geese-type boss Ryon's elevator stage is pretty cool.

When I want bosses...
I prefer big bosses as a sub-boss, and smaller bosses as mini-bosses/final bosses.
Any recommendations?

Well, anything besides POTS stuff.
I have his stuff already.

I would recommend Sachiel by Rikard and Dark Cloud for a boss.

For a stage, "Gate to a Broken Realm" by Rikard.

Sachiel is awesome.
However, we could all use some more bosses.
Just one boss isn't enough.

Bosses like Sachiel that play well in player hands and isn't cheap.

Shin Akuma is not a boss worthy char.
Also, Ice Temple of Quinnsveth by Moldredd, which is at the old Stage Wars site

My ""edited"" Judgment [ edited is in quotes becuase I took a ""custom"" one ( Kishio's ), and made him as official to the root game as possible ]

If his AI by chance is too cheap, lower it


For WinMugen, open the readme and look for a giant spade made of semi-colons, you'll see the value parameter and their meanings there

For Mugen 1.0+, it's just like a real game, whatever your difficulty settings in options is, is how aggressive his AI will be

Btw that element is his char, wouldn't recommend it for this community YET cos he's really aggressive, broken, unfinished etc. [ you all would think so anyway ]

I'm co-op ing with the author to make him more balanced, assist with coding that involves advanced math, etc.

The graphical focus of it is pretty much near complete

Doing an experiment now to get his orb aura to actually revolve aronud him accordingly along with the sprpriority and scaling, which for the most part is done and a success, other than that his updates shouldn't involve anything grafix related

Now, we're focusing on gameplay, things like infinites, infinite priority, cooldown, and a less aggressive AI, or possibly a variant styled on with levels [ like what i said above about judgment ]

Kof 2002 Rugal's stage would be fine for a Mech-Boss, and the castle stage from Melty Blood Act Cadenza, Temple the seventh heaven is more appropiate for a "formal" kind of boss.
Also, KoF EX2 boss stage is cool, but more for a sub-boss.

well i use Vergil + Temen-NI-gru stage but this stage runs really slower on 1.0 1920:HD

MOTW Grant is good too
