So my hard drive formatted itself this morning apparently and now I have no mugen characters saved and no note file to link me to stuff. So, this is where the community comes in :D I kind of want to make a thread for recommended characters that the community in general thinks are high quality or fun or etc etc. All I ask is that you leave either the character name and creator, or possibly a link if one is easily available

There should be a general character recommendation thread, a 'character guide' of sorts.

I believe we tried this in our starter pack guide. From what I remember, it was hard to come to a conclusion because everyone had such good and varied tastes it made a small starter pack impossible to determine.
