Recording mugen fights

I recently got winmugen plus but now when ever I record a fight it lags, a lot.
I can't even execute hypers due to lag.
Can anyone help me????

BTW: I use windows media encoder to record fights.
I also Have a very slow computer.
Should I use a different recording device?

With a slow computer there's no way.
But your framerates might improve with something like FRAPS or Snagit.
