... is really annoying. Why should I have to specify a recipient if I'm sending a reply to their PM?

That usually happens if you try to send a PM to someone who blocked you.

If it was me I didn't block him. I have no one blocked =p I thought you couldn't send a PM to a blocked person at all though?

I've never encountered this issue btw as long as I hit reply or quote the previous PM

Has nothing to do with whether or not they're blocked. Asks me to specify a recipient no matter who it is I reply to. It's really annoying.

Just tested it and both reply and quote put the recipient's name under the TO: field.

OK NOW it's doing it? What the fuck?

Hold on... I think it may have to do with responding to a PM through checking notifications?

EDIT: Yep, it only happens when you respond to a PM through checking notifications:

Yeah, you can't. But if you're replying to someone and you push "Reply," you get an error message stating that you need to specify a recipient. I thought that's what happened. N/m, as you were.

For the record, it happens when you QUOTE a PM. Recipient (author whose Msg you're quoting) gets removed.

Edit: And yes, it's annoying as fuck. It's one of those limitations you need to cope with and work around, not exactly a valuable feature.

I just tried quoting a PM of mine and the sender's name was in the recipient field, then it disappeared and it was below it with a red cross - as in, it was confirmed as a recognized user's name and waiting for another recipient. In short -> not having this problem.
If I struggled to the end of my determination, to the end of my way of life with my followers, if the result is ruin, then this ruin is inevitable. Grieve. Shed tears. But you cannot regret.
