Maybe, though it also could be 2D. I really don't know, since it's a background, and I really want to make an CvS version of CutMan's Stage...

Sorry to bump, but does nobody post there, because they can't rip that background? Or does nobody post there, because they're ignoring this request, just because they don't like MMPU? I just have to know.

If someone isn't responding then they probably don't have what you need, or even might not know how to rip it. For something that specific you're probably better off asking around the Sprites Inc forums or something more Megaman specific.
