hi im making a character and i was wondering wich progam can resize images without making the quality of the image all sucky after? thanks in advance
Nothing. If you want the BEST results, you resize the image then edit it. Scale2x can upscale an image, but it makes it all smooth and kinda wierd looking [E] made a tool, that does something similar. Otherwise, normal scale up in an advanced program like PSP or photoshop.The last option is pretty time consuming. Trace over image in flash, then upscale, that keeps ALL perspective, but takes a while.
