Richard Attenborough, best known for his portrayal of John Hammond in Jurassic Park, has passed away at age 90.

That's another huge piece of my childhood gone this year. RIP.

Also known for his roles in The Great Escape, Brighton Rock, 10 Rillington Place, and directing Gahndi, a long time passion project he spent 20 years trying to get made.
