had to back off for a while to get done with other projects as well studying figure drawing, anatomy and dynamic poses.

would that be a special or a normal? If it were a special you could always make the whip extend out more similar to how you can slightly extend the whip in the games. Either that or make the whip pull the opponent off their feet

I'm thinking it'd make a great counter or something seeing as the reach would be insane for a normal (Even though Dhalsim's normals have been crazy on range). Either way it's good to see Richter being prepped for  I imagine his whip dash acting similar to Captain America's Shield dash.

Will the sprites be open source after completion?

Like when I start coding, I could make a POTS styled Richter with said sprites.
