I've noticed one problem with him. When the opponent is beaten as they are blocking it bugs out and the match doesn't end (seems to happen mostly with CvS2 characters).

I don't think so.

Also Tora's really inconsistent as to whether he's fixed the Dragon Punch input problem for his Terry. He fixed Quick Burn but not Power Dunk for some reason.
