Is there any software/hardware that can do that? I want to rip sounds from KOFMI2.

Or forget all that and use PSound, it lets you rip sounds directly from the DVD.
Use anything you want from my works.  If you need to contact me use email, not private messages.

while not the best way, if you have a dvd video recorder (composite video recorder, such as dazzle), and if a game has sound test menu, you can rip the sounds that way. ;)

If not, you can always do it the old fashion way, and use a tape recorder

i recorded a couple songs by using a double end headphone cable and hooking that up properly.

though you probaly will loose some quality that way.  the recorder on every PC should work for anything less then a minute. and if not WinMovieMaker has a recorder. and i bet Imovie or whatever I word combo apple uses for it.
