I have to admit, I was about to start a completely different project until I was distracted by the advent of easier ways to convert from BloodStorm, not like you would expct accuracy anyways. He's fleshed out with an ability to throw his head altering his style a bit, as well as the SF3-esque "chose your Lv.1 super".

Insert random Doraemon anime .gif. (Also, Pac-Man Delta whaling on a MLP character .gif........) Now, Wipeout....... OTHER STUFF? Needs blue SSB 64 Mario in tornado .gif......... Ha!! This is awesome. What makes it even more hilarious is that I live in Connecticut, and I now have some official representation for my state in Mugen!!

All joking aside, this is yet another tight release. I love all of the humor you inject into your characters. But most importantly, all of your creations have solid gameplay elements. I still enjoy DB Kaw now as much as I did when I first downloaded him. Thanks for another creative, clever and solid share.

A comic book artist who's (from what I heard) infamous for drawing superheroes with over-exaggerated muscles (large body, tiny head, small waist, big legs, you get the idea)... He did created Cable, that's for sure.

And just to make my post not useless, This seems like an interesting take (and a pretty fun one too). Will give feedback as soon as possible.

Nearly every one of your posts is you asking a question about something that can be easily answered using Google. That kind of posting is annoying as shit but not much more, elsewhere, in the non-MUGEN release sections.

When it's a release? No. Cut this shit out immediately. This section is not a place for you to ask inane questions because you are absolutely steadfast in not doing any work yourself and demanding every answer be handed to you. You post about the character, or you don't post at all here, in any of these sections. You will not get another warning.

EDIT: oh, and don't reply to this. Don't post in this thread unless you are talking about the character. That's what this thread is for, and it's disrespectful as shit to do otherwise.

And unsurprisingly, I had a lot of fun testing Lieberman out. He pretty hilarious in some ways, but very interesting in gameplay as well (Like using his head for instance).

However, just to keep a part of my word, I found a few things that I notice in Lieberman.

-Idk if his supers are dependent on the meter he has himself, but maybe put some kind of "counter" on his meter? Reason why I ask is because it seems like he's still dependent on meter based on the lifebar (It's kind of hard for me to explain, but I always thought it'll act like "3rd Strike", in type of how the meter is used)

-Speaking of which, his meter kind of bugs out if you put it on full (Happens if I selected "G-boots").

(It only covers the "Max", though, so it's pretty minor)

-The "Fireball" special looks like he's shooting it out of his arm, even though he's shooting it out of his hands.

That's all I have. But so far, I like him (though I'm surprised you put in a voiceclip of Dante in Lieberman's "Chaser" super).

It may not be the easier to tell with the bar's animation, but it does pulsate briefly when you have enough power to perform EX moves. And if you're refering to the counter that shows the current power level, then this is what the little green dot matrix display is for. (Which on the screenshot I've noticed it still has the tendency to be incorrectly drawn, but at this point I'm not quite sure how I would make it display much more reliably. The ontop explod parameter is a strange, untamable beast I have to rely on nonetheless. And one would argue I would have used a more clear typeface for the counter, and you may be right.)

At least it's better than how BloodStorm itself did it (projectiles come from a character's center, and are drawn behind the character).

Now that you've mentioned it, I took a look back at the screenshot, and.. I actually did not noticed a couple of small "green dots" there in the small display. Though I guess it's mostly because I'm mostly paying attention to the meter itself, rather than the small display (Though I did wonder what's that for)
