I'm bumping this old thread but, does anybody actually know the tricks or techniques that were used behind making this CvS HR Rock? If there is a way we can duplicate the effects in a batch through photoshop to receive the same treatments for the other characters, I would totally do it.How did the person create these HR sprites? What photoshop filters were used?
