yeah and this roger is horrible it needs so much work its not funny im sorry to say I hope he redoes this character.
You'll fix chuchoryu ? Sounds like a plan. How about you code him from scratch instead ?

ive played with worse ,but yeah since ive played with him i see what u mean , but its a good start, just neds to put alittle love in him and hell be alot better

It will need a lot of love, that's for sure:

- Missing required sprites.

- Why are the standing hitboxes so thin? Why not make them as big as the ones you use when you jump? Also, try to use as less as possible. If you can see one is enough to cover the character, just use one.

- Seriously, you went as far as to add animation to this character for the standing pose. Don't just make him float with the standing pose when he walks. Add some walk animation.

- When I push the opponent by getting close to it and going forwards, your character starts shaking like crazy while doing it. That shouldn't happen.

- Aerial "x", "y", "a" and "b" attacks, plus "a" and "b" standing attacks are unblockable if the opponent's really close to you.

- Add more cooldown to the dodge, it's really easy to spam it. Also, you should be able to grab this character when he dodges.

- About Joy Buzzer... first, if it misses, the attack should disappear. Second, you should add more startup, the moves comes instantaneously, which is bad. Last, since this is obviously not a grab, it shouldn't be unblockable.

- Flag Gun is completely worthless. Really short range, low damage, hitstun and pushback and huge cooldown. Using this attack is stupid. Nobody would want to use an attack like that.

- For Icy Slide, I'm sure it's possible to pull an infinite near the corner if you use at the exact moment the move's cooldown disappear. The max I could do is use it two times in a row. Also, no damage dampner at all for your character, since if I connect this move twice it does 360 damage. But hey, the move alone does 180 damage, which is the same damage as a level 1 super, so you should reduce this too.

- I'm starting to hate people who abuse the BG effect for supers like Air Horn. Also, level 1 super that does 380 damage and that is unblockable. DO NOT WANT. Also, it makes him completely invincible while it lasts. There's no effect to indicate the range of the attack. I'm sure the starting spark is misaligned, since it should land at the weapon. And it causes a line of debug problem. And it gives him power back.

- Angry Birds has similar problems. (DAT EFFING BG EFFECT). One bird will always miss, no matter how much I try to get hit with it. Still, each bird does 78 damage, and only 5 connect from the 6 you have, so that's a total of 390 damage it does, and if it connected the last one, it would be 468 damage, since you don't use damage dampner at all. That's way too much for a level 1 super. Also, it makes your character completely invincible. And another debug problem appears when you use it. And it gives him power back.

It's a really stiff character, with really low range in his attacks, and he's also really slow. So yeah, his gameplay is bad too. Apart from solving all the problems above, you should try to improve it a little so it's fun to use it. Right now it's annoying.

I suppose I can improve it definitely. I just wanted to see what people would think of Roger, so now I guess it's time for the REAL project. ;)

I couldn't exactly master fixing that. How can I fix it?

That's due to your extremely thin hitboxes for standing sprites and also make sure is width front and back are at feasible values in the [Data] section of his CNS.

Ok, will do! I've started the REAL Roger and it already looks better! I can take some pictures after I get more work done.

sounds good, hope to see the new & improved Rodger soon, i saw where u mentioned making a stewie , im sure youve seen the abortion of the one that exist , so if u do anything more than that 1 it would be a great improvement to mugen stewie  :sugoi:

I can see Roger having a move-set sort of like "Pepito" does.  Pepito changes into a Scarface costume and fires guns just like when Roger was on drugs, has a choke hold like Roger would do etc.

It doesn't work. There's a small frame in which you're vulnerable because of cooldown. It's really small, that's why I say he needs to increase the cooldown, because it's easy to spam. But it doesn't let you be invulnerable for the entire match.

I've seen 2 Stewies, both bad. CVS Axel "Robotic" Stewie and another one that just fires his ray gun over and over downward.
