If she's the one from the video I think she's far from 100% completionI still can see B. Jenet in a lot of her attacks, the black part of her dress disappears for no reason in various of her moves.Maybe she needs more than one winpose?The picture in her "max2" is an obvious Karin from SFAnd her LK looks like she's poking you with her d*ck or something :pI didn't actually tested her, but with what I saw in the video I have some idea of what to expect.
I've played this char before, but she was incompleted . I was hoping that she might have a big update like getting hit and hit sounds.
I like the idea of Rose as a real char, but it needs some more work to be realy complete, many of the animations look realy odd to me.About the Spanish dubbing.. mhhh realy don't know what to think of it, But it is realy funny to hear a German char, from a Japanese game talking Spanish. xD
From what I saw in the video:-The video is from MUGEN1.0, shouldn't be in that section instead here??-I love her voice, but why in spanish?? (and not just her, every of her strikers/family) I expected a german voice, or even a japanese one-The Mike is right, there're still B.Jenet presence on Rose, basically on sprites (her gloves in various attacks, poses and gethits, her open dress since Rose's is closed)-Small portrait is so ugly, it doesn't cost anything to crop one of sprites to 25x25 and use it in 9000,0-The KO sprites looks like the dress is stiff like a cone on the ground-I don't like the sparks, I thought it could be more like in KOFXI-There's no hitsounds at all-General gethits looks bad and various sprites are disaligned-Why strikers just disappear like that?? should be like in 99-2k2 where the strikers appear and then run/jump off the scene-Why only one win with all characters?? Maybe one per win and some of her alone could work better-What about that Goddess Athena/Orochi hyper??I didn't play Randy's original version (which is beta as I know), but just by seeing the video I don't feel her like a completed character at all, just like an update to the beta that's still a beta. Man, so much potential.+ She definitely needs better gethit sprites. The ones she currently has do not animate well.+ The Reflector Move sprite needs recoil animation. Currently there's onle 1 Key frame, and no more animation.+ Her RED SKULLS/ORBS actually is a good concept, just needs refining of the 1 Key frame.+ The spanish voice is SPOT ON with the character, but sadly the voice clips in Spanish are annoying. ANY CHANCE YOU COULD GET YOUR VOICE ACTRESS TO DELIVER THE LINES IN JAPANES, IF WE GIVE YOU THE PHONETICAL PRONUNCIATION? !!This has caught my attention.

I begged them not to use B. Janet, but oh no, just have to take shortcuts. I still have the unfinished hit sprites from 2012.-No new sprites were made here.-KFM is still in the SFF-The other pallets were deleted (there were at least 7 more) likely because this guy dosn't know how to fix them-The small portrait didn't look like that, I just cropped a standing sprite, why he switched it out for this...thing, I don't know.-She has/had Rose's voice from Adel, that was always the plan. This guy or someone else added the new one.-From what I see in the date stamp, this was uploaded/edited August of last year.Nothing about her is 100%. This release is a sound patch at best.
