hi all, this is rose update.
ROSE_V08 (2011 aug 07)
add AI. but normal level. learning AI for few days. let's sharing.

ROSE_V07 (2011. aug -03)

report from
Lost_Avenger , Dazardz, PersonDude

-2qcf+p super looks ugly for the second hit. There is no spark on it either.
I assume you missed something on it.
ans: yes, miss it .

-dust fx seems like it doesnt line up right on Rose. Happens on landing.
It seems to be like... 5 pixels too low or something.
ans: landing explod. had move downward.

-Soul throw custom state looks bad on your Sagat.
ans: change the P2anim. look better

-Was her soul spark that slow to come out before? If it was, ignore this.
ans: ??

-Air Soul throw animation plays more than once.
ans: oh. had change the air file.

-Does she really need an aerial soul spark?
ans: haha...too strong?

-she has underground juggles(personal gripe, can probably ignore).
Catch p2 with the very end of ex spiral arrow or something,
then follow up with an attack. I used her standing medium punch.
ans: had change the air fiole. longer time for EX SPIRAL ARROR.

- Opponent goes into an invalid custom state when hit with Rose's Soul Throw
ans: fixed.

- I dunno if I'm missing something, but when I go to do Illusion Soul Spark,
I get another super instead. It's the one where Rose freezes the opponent in
place and shoots off some projectiles. Oddly enough, it's only usable when
Rose's ultra meter is full, and it doesn't empty the meter when used.
ans: fixed the UC bar and power bar problem. no decrease the poower but UC.

- I dunno if it's because of the way you animated it or the sprites themselves,
but Rose's winpose where she waves her finger looks weird/wrong.
It looks like she's trying to dig up into something with her finger. :P
ans: change win pose.

Another glitch, after vega's knee press nightmare super art if you use her 2nd ultra art (forgot the name) the one that shoots 6 balls at the enemy. In the middle of his knee press nightmare super art use it and another rose will appear. What the WHOLE VIDEO bcuz over stuff can happen while this is activated.  And i only tested it on vega.

1.) change the super move,  Soul Illusion
2.) 加了一個 空投. add a air throw
3.) add new UC. Illusion Soul Spark , 2424KK
4.) change the jumping vel. and distance of jumping.

Illusion Soul Spark (can change the name of move if anyone suggest! my english not good. dont know how to think a name. the ??? also)

thanks Lost_Avenger. this satursday will correct the problem. U always help me for many testing.
and point form very clear.
FeLo sprites very great! this Rose many ppls. think is from CAPCOM FIGHTING JAM. I say NO. is original from Felo. cos. I had play CAPCOM FIGHTING JAM but the sprite is SFA style. Felo's sprite amazing, great job!!

the last frame isnt a loop/-1 frame probably. Havent looked yet. You will see her attempt the animation again if you were high enough in the air.

Thanks man. I'm also correcting some color mistakes which not allows you to put for example blonde hair and a different color for top/panties(which is MY fault).

About SF4, i'm working in C.Viper, ALL her basics and gethits are finished, plus the fire kick, one throw and the taunt. I'm doing her basic attacks right now ;).

OK! I had check it. The point:

I had test and see P2 state. is 2115. and then P2 landing and become 5100. look ok. your  invalid custom state dont know your meaning..sorry :P

this UC is catch P2 when P2 on land. then Rose mak 6 fireball and the fireball fly forward. but P2 can guard the catch attack

Go into training mode with Rose and press ctrl+D. You'll see MUGEN's debug text in the top left corner.

Next, set the opponent to jump, then hit them with Rose's Soul Throw or Aura Soul Throw. When she grabs her opponent, you'll get this debug message:

"Warning: Player <player name> in state 1115: Changed to invalid action 1105"
(It'll be state 2115 if you use Aura Soul Throw)

and point 2, the new UC. yes..I had change it and make it correct. now decrease the UC bar and not power bar.

Oh, that super is supposed to be her ultra? I was looking for her SFIV ultra where she electrocutes her opponent with her scarf. :P
Good to know the decreasing ultra bar problem has been fixed though.

your bug report is the animation 1105.
because I forgot to delete the anim=1105 in p2state.
now I had fixed.

question 2:
the UC in SF IV. I m no add into. using her scarf catch P2. then like electric effect..sopmething like that.
no add into SFMX. maybe add later.
no good sprtie for this UC. need to draw again with the scarf and catch animation.

question 3:
the win pose. yes her finger something playing. so change other win pose. (for me I m not care the win or lose or intro pose. maybe I like making the fighting part..  ;P but now I had fixed and change other post. thanks

some point snot too known. so no change.

below:
-fx might linger by maybe 3 ticks or so
-fx linger on psycho crusher
-vel looks odd on psycho crusher. Almost like it picks up speed randomly. It might just be how Im looking at it

(the vel. of psycho crusher I think look OK? ..dont know..just feeling is OK..!!! for me :P)

I've never seen anyone ask but your AI that your gonna put on ur chars do you think it's gonna stop them automatically putting up their movelist.

very sorry the movelist. I will set the var and AIlevel to stop CPU movelist. sorry.

today add the AI in statedef -3. no in -1. because feel in state-3 better then in -1. more "randomly"...

the AIlevel I using v=59 because, I will write winmugen ver. so easy for me to do.
and the walking problem I will fixed

You can just release two versions (or even include two DEF files linking to different files: one 1.0 CMD+state-3 and one Winmugen CMD+state -3).
The Mugen 1.0 version would use AILevel and Winmugen version would use var(59).
Really, you just have to copy state -3 and CMD files and rename them differently for 1.0 versions, and then in Notepad++ or whatever editor you use, press Ctrl+H and replace all the var(59) by AILevel. 10 seconds to do so for each file.

-When AI is enabled, Rose moves before she is supposed to. It selected her mode, then moved forward a bit.
-Ive also had the problem with her walking in the air randomly.
