I'm looking for him, found BBB chars on this website cause he is one, but when I cant open BBB chars, it just wont work so can I just get rouga zanma as a single file?

I noticed the file is a 7z, are you using 7-zip to try to open the file?  WinZip usually can't handle 7z's and I don't think WinRar can either.

also take note that his BBB characters are not compatible to the old version just to remind you before you download it
