I've started work on my own life bars, but I still require info on how I can prevent fading out during round transitions.
For sprites to stay on screen durring the transition : put it after the KO animation, look the original code :

Actually, now that I think about it, the lifebars are in the screenpack by Versus, but made by SOPHIEX.
Yes probably stolen but whatever ... it's so old (prescription limit) so ok if you enjoy with it
