OMG! I've been waiting for an awesome Ryo, I try him out right now!Edit: He's awesome! Really fun to play as and I got pretty with him in little time, thanks for the character.
All I can say is, he's kinda cheap and overpowered (Read my feedback @ Mugen-Infantry for more info) and way too fast. He's not the kind of Ryo I'd be using. Well, i will certainly play with him. Okay i got around to at least making the Vigor_Mode only temporary and unable to keep indefinitely, I changed the damage increase from 40% - 15% seeing as how he already has an advantage during the mode, i think that i made that a fairer, as now it's just a Suped up K-groove function with just a few twist to it, and i'm fine with it like this for sure.
