I'm sure you're well on your way to finishing up Ryu and possibly even Ken. However, I'd still like to throw some movelist ideas by you, if you don't mind. Separated into spoilers to keep the post nice and tidy.
Ryu:

Hadou Ken - EX HadouKen becomes Baku HadouKen (UMVC3, wall bounce)
Shoryu Ken - Drive Cancel capable, EX ShoryuKen becomes Shin ShoryuKen (ala SFxT)
Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku - Multi hit/juggle, EX Tatsu remains stationary (ends like Gouken's Tatsumaki GouRasen, SF4)
Joudan Sokuto Geri - Drive Cancel capable, light Sokuto recovers quickly, heavy Sokuto does hard knockdown, EX Sokuto wall bounces
Forward + light punch would be his Sakotsu Wari (overhead), and forward + heavy punch his solar plexus strike.
Supers:
Shinku HadouKen - The classic. Can be super-cancelled into from HadouKen, ShoryuKen, Sokuto
Reppu Jinrai Shou - From Pocket Fighter, ending with his UMVC3 Hadou ShoryuKen. HD cancel into Neo Max, available.
NeoMax: Shin Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku
UMVC3 Shin TSK, vacuum effect, air also (?)
Ken:

Hadou Ken - EX Hadouken becomes Shakunetsu HadouKen (multi-hit, burning)
Shoryu Ken - Drive and HD Cancel capable, EX ShoryuKen comes out faster w/armor (absorbs 1 hit, maybe 2)
Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku - Rekka-style input x 4(SFEX), EX Tatsu goes full screen and automatically performs the full string, Drive and HD Cancel capable if you allow Ken to land from all but the last kick.
Forward + light kick would be his Inazuma Kakato Wari (overhead axe kick)
Supers:
Shoryu Reppa - OG Ken goodness. Can be super-cancelled into from HadouKen, ShoryuKen, Tatsu 1/2/3. HD Cancel into Neo Max, available.
Shippu Jinrai Kyaku - Much like his Jinrai from SF3, add flames to his kicks for flavor. HD cancel into Neo Max, available.
