AND i am making ken too !! I want to change his stance, did someone have an reference image of his SFIV stance ?

An exact copy of Ryu's stance works fine for me, I'd concern more with Ken's hair; it's very static now. Only the few top spikes move a bit.

Agreed. Hair needs movement for realistic animation as well as Ken's Fix.
This is gonna be awesome :3

You can't be serious. You can't have a guy try and make a KOFXIII styled Ken and have his hair all glued-up.
Actually I don't think he should be bothering with color seperation or a Ken headswap at all;
PLENTY of moves to do for Ryu. But that's just me.

Akuma is more than a mere headswap anyways. Different stance, the beads, sandals and the rope shit. It would be shitty if he was just a headswap.

The best part is that you actually went through the painstaking trouble to make the sprites animate like they do in XIII whereas most would skimp out on the large amount of frames and have it animate like crap.  Much respect.

Point taken. I was hoping he would do an Akuma headswap ala CvS, and add in Gouki's extra special moves - disregarding the hypers.

Akuma is more than a mere headswap anyways. Different stance, the beads, sandals and the rope shit. It would be shitty if he was just a headswap.
It looks like Methiou's sprites are based off of CvS in which case Gouki had the same stance and  lacked the rope belt (IIRC). The tears at the sleeves are different though, but Methiou seems to have taken care of that between Ryu and Ken which would make me satisfied with an Akuma-Ryu headswap.
Anyway, the reason why I want Akuma is because I wanted to code this guy's flipping AI into him (and because I don't think anyone would be entertained by the latest bugillionth CvS Gouki/ Gouki Update):

Agreed. I think methiou has his work cut out for him as it is. There are plenty of moves that are going to be exclusive to each swap. Better to finish at least one character and then add any remaining moves later than overwhelming himself with 3 characters at once (despite how similar they may be) and finishing none of them.

Having people egging him on to do even MORE work certainly won't help.

Of course, methiou's welcome to do whatever he wants. I'm just worried he might end up biting off more than he can chew.

Remember, this is the FIRST attempt at fully spriting a KOF XII character from scratch. Let's do our best to ensure that it isn't the last.

methiou: If there's anything you feel I can help you with, let me know... I've resisted the urge up until now, but I'm officially volunteering to help you out whenever I can. You can check my previous posts to see examples of my work. I do not know how to shade KOF XII-styled sprites from scratch, but I'm confident I can help with additional frames of animation if I have a base. I'm pretty happy with the quality of my lineart, too, so if you need any help creating the poses and animation and then going in and shading them yourself later (kinda like what Jigsaw did for you), let me know.

Not to be a downer or anything but that's the same framecount as his CvS counterpart sprites.
thx guys for your suggestion , it very helpful
and apologize to the scrap animation but i'm doing my best, this is my first sprite sheet so i still need more improvement. I will came back to the stance after
@Graphicus your help will be welcome, you can do the same as Jigsaw and i will try to shade all the things  :sugoi:
