Hello friends! this time I add this 2 Hayabusas (again) but now this 2 have diffrent moves and other special moves

Ryu Hayabusa X Box 1.5 by chuchoryu, sprites by G.M.Spectre, edited by me

This is the second Hayabusa I made the new Generation ninja, this is more based in the X Box series and have a gameplay like CvS + MvC

This time I make this character Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden NES series. long time ago I make this character but I release in Anime forum (Last Anime) in 2008, now is avaliable in Mugen Multiverse
I release this but Mega Uplod desapear and all my mugen file, now I release  Ryu Hayabusa again.

One from NES and the second from X BOX, this  have the same move list for my project *Ninja Gaiden Mugen Quest* and this Hayabusa have ONLY the moves from NES series, this version have the NES sounds

*Move List*

Shuriken: D, DF, F + Any punch  use 250 power bar

Fire: D, DB, B + Any Puch  use 500 power bar

Tackle: F, F + Any Punch

Sweep: D, DB,B + Any Kick

Double Cutter: D, DF, F, + Any kick  use 250 power bar

Fire Ball: D, DB, B, + Any Kick (this move is only in the air)  use 500 power bar

Wall Jump: Foward in the wall


Super Move: D, DF, F, D, DF, F + Punch, use one super bar

HyperMove: D, DB, B, D, DB, B, x + Any punch use one super bar (you can make 2 copy of this char like NG2)

This is pretty good but I did spot a few things wrong with the Phantom Double Super.

With his Phantom Double super and if you can get the opponent into a corner, you can spam the light attack in a kind of rhythm for a corner infinite because the clone does not move back. Also the clone does move strangely especially while in the air, as in it can stay in the air while your attacking on the ground.

And when it's first used, it takes 2000 energy instead of the 1000 listed on the CMD, along with the fact that the clone appears right in the middle of the screen while your in a corner. Which immediately jumps onto you the moment you move.

what's done:
-different changes in cmd (new atack: slash spining F,D,DF_plus any x,y,z button)
-Some cns fixing (I didn't fix phantom double but you must improve more imitating to phantom double and also to set time and destrpyself)
-Some moves are edited
-some sprites are fixed
-some anims are fixed (mostly anims for selfstate)
(P.S nes covesation ninja is fixed I didn't see the another sprite file)

Yes the clones have mistake in thecode..is the best I can do in it but I hope to revamp this code soon amigo

While this looks rather interesting, I'm gonna stick to the nostalgic arcade variant of Hayabusa. ;D

Churcho, dare I say it... you're getting a little better. Just work more on your character's refinements/updates on a consistent basis and you'll be far beyond where you started.

Your Kazuya is still your best character IMO. Thanks for sharing. By all means, keep up with the updates. :sugoi:

Calm down, just because it's a beta doesn't mean you're not going to/you don't have to receive feedback.
The video you're referring to showed 100% (full damage) easy combos. Maybe it's better if you check it before releasing the edit.

Also, add the destroyself code to the helpers (so that they can disappear) otherwise they remain there for all the fight (I added trigger1 = time = 300).

Duck you should grab the beta edit I have on my cvtw topic and use the low kick anim I made,

This stance is for the Hayabusa X Box not for this NES version, this Nes version have the same stance like the Ninja Gaiden games amigo but thanks for the idea amigo

This is wakizashi, mate. Wakizashi is not supposed to have straight blade.

But in the source game, the handle of the sword is straight and when Ryu does the attack, the sword is shown curved.

*The recovery time on Shuriken is way too friendly and can possibly allow for an infinite just with that move alone.
*Fire's hitboxes are way too big.
*Why can he chain 3 OTG Sweeps in a row?
*Double Cutter is way too good as even if they disappear he can use one right after another and form a wall of double cutters making him hard to hit.
*The CLSNs have too much priority in them even in the non-weapon attacks. The Shurikens can go through fireballs as well although they can't stop them.
*Hyper Move and Jumping HP after the other are still an infinite that's way too easy to do
*Hyper Move costing only 2 stocks? Even that's too cheap especially considering how good it is. The clone's effectiveness needs to be toned down especially given teh above point.

This new version have only NES moves the next up for Ryu Hayabusa from XBOX have only Dead or Alive moves

*You fixed up the hold start taunt error so there's that
*The animation for the bow and arrow move looks bad. He points forward holding a bow and an arrow flies out. It looks awkward.
*Chaining around 6-7 LPs is just weird.
*CLSN priority issues. Most of his attacks have infinite priority yet his launcher has barely any.
*Speaking of, he can launch his opponent with Down+HP right?How come he doesn't jump up right away when you tap up after? And why can he chain two in a row? And launchers aren't supposed to make the opponent fall.
*Animations look pretty off.
*Can chain 3 QCB + Kick sweep specials in a row which just looks weird and a bit wrong.
*F, F + LP, while not quite an infinite as the combo counter doesn't go up, has so little recovery time that he can spam it and the opponent barely has time to block it.
*Why's F, F + LP sometimes unblockable? The only way to block it sometimes is if you're already locking an attack and he chains it into the dashing elbow.

Whatever happened to the one with the original sprites by G.M.Spectre? You made like three versions of him and I can't remember which version is updated or not.

XBOX Ryu

*You fixed up the hold start taunt error so there's that
*The animation for the bow and arrow move looks bad. He points forward holding a bow and an arrow flies out. It looks awkward.
*Chaining around 6-7 LPs is just weird.
*CLSN priority issues. Most of his attacks have infinite priority yet his launcher has barely any.

Ryu is a great charachter, it's very well exectuted, and is faithfull to the source game, way too fricking frustratingly, hair pullingly, too faithfull to the source game, ALL of his freaking moves use the power bar? That's maddening, when a few shurikens can complerely drain your energy, no other charachter DOES thatand heaven forbid you want to do something cool like a fireball, or one of his supermoves, NO OTHER CHARACHTER DOES THAT, SUPER BARS ARE FOR SUPER MOVES, I can appreciate that you wanted to try something different and wanted to make him like it was in the NES game, where you had to collect ammo for his powers but that was one of the most merilessly difficult, soul crushingly frustrating  games of all time

The NES version is the mots difficult character to play in the mugen series he use the gauge bar for make this moves (shurikens, fire powers, air spinning word ect) in the origianl game use some item for have more shurikens or fire power for this reason I add this detail for Nes Hayabusa amigo, the X Box version no have this but is more easy to play qhit this second, in Mugen Multiverse in download section you can found 2 versiond for Nes Hayabusa one use the Gauge bar for use the super moves and the second no use the gauge bar for use the super moves

Screwattack long time send me a message say me "Hey body! your make this one? in the next Death Battle this sprites is used for the next Battle: Ryu Hayabusa vs Strider Hiryu see more in Srewattack/Death Battle for seek ho would wind this intense battle" in my facebook but the day this video is released my name not appear in the credits and the message are deleted by Screwwattacks
