I'm surprised how no one made this before.

Anywho, here are the modified .snd files containing the S4 League Announcer for Tatsu's add004 lifebars.

Unfortunately, some sounds contain background audience so it may get loud sometimes. Also, since the announcer is not from a fighting game I had to remove some sounds (Like the combo announcer, winner, perfect, etc)
