Well, he's not a handsome fishman now, is he? I mean...what the crap happened to him!? He reminds me of like...I don't even know. A Battletoad or something. @_@;

Oh yes, the sprite. I ain't seeing anything out of place on my end, though maybe if you had the image to show too it'd be a bit easier to gauge perhaps? Otherwise, looks good!

Yeah, I see absolutely nothing wrong at all (also, now that I think about it it's like he put on a mudmask or something and just sprayed mud on himself on various places lol. Either that, or it's his long-lost brother that's just always angry all time!)

I meant to say just a few edits on his moves to variate them from Rikuo, and it could be another character.
