I just edited MG's sagat and gave him a little more swag. he now sounds like sagat from sf iv
get it here just copy the sagat.au file into sagats folder and overwrite the old one

ok imma break it down, its basically a sound patch for sagat by MG. since i got tired of hearing the cvs style sagat, i switched the sound bits to resemble the ones of sfiv sagat. believe me it sounds alot better than the original. im also editing a few other characters to accomodate the capcom fighting evolution screenpack im coming out with (editing). i am aware that these are edits but i suck at dealing with mugen, cant code, cant sprite, just minor adjustments....absoloutely none of the stuff im putting out is my original work but it kicks ass anyways. im not planning on doing any wips, just straight releases.
