SagatSF'2 Has been RELEASED!!
After 1 year, this is the 5th char that i made, and he has the game style like all my other chars:
*AI (thanks to trissey113)
*Fx edited by me
*Voice and sound fx SF4 style
*Zero counter and power charging
*12 palettes
*One intro

From playing around with your older characters from awhile ago, I can tell this is going to be a really good character itself...without even testing it, The effects look nice and I bet the gameplay is aswell

I'll give a good test of him when I get home :)
If I can't be the best, I sure as hell can be the worst.

WHY IS HIS TIGER SHOT UNBLOCKABLE  >:( ??
If it's unblockable while aerial, i can understand, but unblockable while standing as well ?? Thats way too cheap man :P

- Too fast.
- QCBx2+Y does 160 on block.
- QCBx2+A does 300 (400 with B or C).
- QCFx2+A does 301 (405 with B or C).
- Gameplay is not SF2 at all.
- DP+2K is ridiculously fast.
- DP+2P into DP+2K probably shouldn't be possible.
- Tiger Knee is way too fast.
- He doesn't have enough projectile recovery time.
- Why a powercharge?
- All supers except QCFx2+K give back power.

Yeah I gonna mention about the Tiger shots having too little Recovery time.

Easily if you spam Hard Stand and Crouch Tiger shots it's easily spammable, even if the other is blocking.

Easy wins :(

First I gotta say I love these creations. They're usually very good. This Sagat has the issues others pointed out, but within one or two updates I'm sure he'll be very solid. Thanks GNR!

I was told by Kamekaze that he actually DID claim accuracy once.
I interpret it like this. He may have meant it at some point, then he decided that a perfect arcade version (same goes for his SF2 Ryu) would not mix well with his Evil Ken, Evil Ryu, and Shin Gouki. So he probably abandoned that claim without saying it.

For future clarification:
Should he have put on his post, "Heavily-modified-SF2-based Sagat", "Similar-but-not-accurate-to-SFII Sagat released by Guile_N_Roll" or "Sagat by Guile_N_Roll", followed by a picture so you can see the sprites?

If I were to make a SFII Sagat, I would keep all the sprites, sounds, sparks, vels and hit properties, BUT change the command for the Tiger Knee to DP movement, improve his well-documented weaknesses, like slow jumping and walk speed, and modify his Tiger Uppercut to make it work a bit like it did in SFA. So, how should this hypothetical Sagat be labeled?
