Finally got some time to test it.

- Is this stage for 4:3 or 16:9 resolution ? You're displaying it in 16:9 on your screenshot, but the stage works perfectly in Winmugen Plus too, so I'm kinda wondering.
- In 4:3 resolution, chars are really very high on the floor, while they should be lower.
- You could even recreate it a little for 4:3 res, making the whole stage go lower and centering the chars better, so we can see the crowd better.
- Crowd is really nice, but when you jump high, you clearly see very fast the rest of the crowd isn't. You could take the close crowd crisp animation and scale it down, and use it at different axis behind, in order to create more moving crowd. May look good.
- I don't like how Satan is LR while the rest is HR. It's a single sprite, so I'm sure you can edit that to HR.
- Satan also seems to be "in" the ground by one pixel or two, Y-wise. He's sticking into the floor.
- You could separate the floor from the crowd and the rest of the BG to give them different deltas. Would add more depth to the stage.
- Doing that would also allow you to apply parallax to the floor if you want.

So yeah, stage is generally speaking not bad at all, but it could get more stuff to make it more unique and better.

- yeah this stage works in winmugen too, for that reason I released in this section, but as you said the result isn't the best compared with HD resolution.
- I have 35% done a version for 4:3  of this stage to evite see too bigger the public and the background. Is a lot work but hope finish it.
- Im planed to remake Satan sprite with photoshop filter, to make hr+best rock apparence, and leave further away from the platform.
- The floor is separated, I didn't use parallax because my idea was make a linear plataform, but maybe as you said Im wrong.
