Scarlet: Before AI edition

Since I've got finals this week, I'm gonna put a lot of time into studying. Anyways, here's an updated version of Scarlet. Tear her up as needed(feedback wise, that is!)
Fixes and updates have been detailed in the readme.

Okay so...
-Gunshot effects have bad transparency.
-Hitboxes should be wider to chain hits properly.
-Standing Reflector has no pause like a regular parry should.
-Crouching Reflector has her turn into a hitspark when hit...

-Air Reflector has the opponent pause in the air but Scarlet does not.
-Both Crouching and Air Reflector have no sound.
-Throw kinda looks weird. By that I mean the opponent suddenly is on the floor while Scarlet stomps with no hitspark.
-Air throw could use a short pause to indicate that the foe is being thrown.

Mostly just minor errors I see. As for the ground throw, in killer7, that specific counterattack was used on crawling enemies. It doesn't really interfere with gameplay, though.
