This character should have had the word "beta" in the subject or something.  :P

Well anyway even though the author is banned and can't respond I'll still give him SOME feedback

The character doesn't even start up in mugen at all first. I had to change a command in the cmd to make it work. Saohc please make sure the character doesn't crash when releasing it or an update.

Has some original default hitsounds and hitsparks. I personly hate this. You got to find better hitsparks somewhere(which is pretty easy to  do anyway) Sounds also, use melty blood sounds or find better sounds on the internet.

All clsns are very bad. For the red clsns make sure they are put in that it will always hit the opponent correctly.

combos need a lot of work.

Needs AI but since it's in an early creation stage you can pass this up for now.

Glitches every now and then from various things. Saohc if you know even just one glitch exsists in your character DON'T release it. People can't really tell you how to fix glitches in feedback so you'll need to find someone that is willing to help you one on one to fix these problems. Game breaking glitches is the FIRST thing to make sure your character doesn't have. A character is useless if it has these things even if the gameplay itself can be considered good.

However I like the concept of this character, it just needs a lot more work and Saohc needs to learn more. Also I LOVE Scarlet's taunt  ::)

Little known FACT: If you use the equation, (z)velocity = (((x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2)^.5) / time and z = a small decimal number in mugen you can get something that follows something else. Useful for heat seeking missiles, black holes, magnet effects, a projectile aimed for an enemy's head... Seriously, try it! It's awesome!

As you can probably tell, I experimented a bit with Scarlet, this time around.
I decided to modify the medium and heavy versions of "214/Spin Attack(Air)", where Scarlet has a few brief frames, where's she is even more open to attack and stuff.

Also, combos?
"2c/Standing Light Kick(Cancel)" already starts it up, along with "22C/Stomp(Hard)" and you can start your combos with those moves. Just use "623B/C"(623A doesn't help much.) to keep them in the air.

Coding AI is gonna be a bitch, tough.

First thing i find in scarlet is her super twirl caused KFM to freeze in the air. Smooth move, also the damage is amazing.
also that taunt is kind of creepy

I don't know what Saohc is trying to aim for with this character? Everything this character has seems so random...

Saohc you should give this character a lot of red-like FX since the character is named "Scarlet" after all. You may not be into hitsparks and FX but characters now a days, thats a major thing to consider giving your character.

Also a Legend of Zelda like bar thing doesn't really make much sense if you say it like you did in the readme...

To me this character is like sometype of gothic vampire loli chick edit of Len but I don't know what this character means to you Saohc because she seems so random. I can think of many things you can give her if you wanted to make her into what I suggested.(You can even use my characters' stuff for this character if you want to get some red FX)

Also don't add AI yet because that should be the very LAST thing you should do. And also AI isn't too hard to make, it's just adding a lot of change states and p2 position X and Y triggers(to simply put it)

Edit: I tried again, and the same error appears when I try to use this character. Any idea, guys? It's unable to load the snd, for some reason.

Basing an attack off of Yoshimitsu should only be done with a character that also has a sword... not like something like this  :-\ Miyako I can kinda understand but not Yoshimitsu.

For your projectile absorption I know your trying to do something unique and I like that but at the moment it's useless. You shouldn't have to counter a projectile just so you can shoot a projectile of your own. I mean what if Street Fighter was like this? If you are going to give the character this feature that projectile that you shoot after countering a projectile had better be "worth" it. Right now all it is is just a VERY simple projectile and it's not worth using at all because its so basic. IMO you should make the projectile a helper and make the projectile follow your opponent. That would make it more worth while(look at the code archive of this site to find out how to do this)

Also about your projectile absorption problem with helpers, as long as the hitdef of the helper's "attr" is coded as a projectile type this isn't a problem. If it is then it's not your coding fault.

And about the last thing you said, HUH?! Shelden? Big Bang Theory? deck of cards? What are you talking about?!  :???: Isn't Big Bang Theory sometype of show or something and how does ANY of this relate to ANY of this?

-State 230 has a position (alignment?) issue from animelem 6 and on.
-Mid.pos & head.pos (cns) are still wrong.
-The pausetime value for p2 on the "Shin" attack (medium and heavy versions)  is higher than p1's.
-The projectile, spawned by QCF a, doesn't have any transparency until the move hits (I believe the projectile is actually affected by cornerpush).
-Projectile homing throw will always miss at the corner.
-You can also enter the projectile throwing state even though you already have an active projectile out. A second projectile won't appear tho.
-Using the light air version of Projectile throw while having the special meter full causes an incredible amount of hitpause. P2 is tripped and frozen for an incredible amount of time.

-The binding projectile is intended to have somewhat long pause time. It's already balanced out, because the opponent simply just has to mash the buttons.Adjusted the values some.
-The "Shin" move has different pausetime for the opponent, so the player can do combos a little easier.
Added "fall.recovery = 1"
-The homing projectile isn't meant to be accurate everytime.

So for the bump but I have a question for the author.

How the heck were you able to do the intro when the character starts off the screen and to the left(if player 1) and walks to the start position of the stage? After looking through the code all you simply did was use a posset and time and some velsets. How were you able to achieve this?! I can't find any problems with it and usually coding it that way there will be stage compatablity issues and the character won't be positioned right. A code like this is harder than you think and you did a pretty good job on how you achieved it. It's usually more complicated than that from what I code and experienced.
